Herbs - basil, mint, ...

Update 3 Oct 2017 A few presents from visiting Raffles City rooftop farm tour on 29 Jul 2017. Mexican tarragon, Thai basil, is that sweet? basil and mint. About time that I tried to plant herbs again. The last batch of mint and basil died when I had to go on a trip. Or was it mealy bugs? Can't remember. Hope this batch grows well. The herbs after surviving several hours of 'wet tissue' treatment in my shopping bag. After 1 day. 4 Aug 2017: Mint making it to soil, share pot with spring onions. Small basil cutting, sharing pot with moringa. Will this fellow survive? 4 Aug 2017: First Thai basil in pot. 7 Aug 2017: Second Thai basil in pot. Plus a small little torn-off cutting. Sweet potato leaves

updated 10 Oct 2017 29 July 2017 Attempt to plant another vegetable - sweet potato leaves - from vegetable pack bought from the supermarket. After 1 night in the water, there is already a visible root. Planted directly into the soil - parched after a hot afternoon. But it rejuvenated after watering. Potted 1 Aug 2017. Sharing pot with Indian borage 'po-hor. 9 Aug 2017: Looks like new shoots. 15 Aug 2017: New shoots from the water-rooted plant. A tiny new shoot from the stem cutting buried in the soil (top-most green bit in pic). 16 Aug 2017 18 Aug 2017 Sprouted sweet potato from a friend. Purple leaves? 21 Aug 2017 More shoots 21 Aug 2017 Purple leaves are more defined now. 27 Aug 2017: The leaves are not purple anymore. 27 Aug 2017 6 Sep 2017: The shoots from the sweet potato has grown very long and tall. 6 Sep 2017 11 Sep 2017: Very long creeper. 15 Sep 2017: It time to harvest or trim ... 17 Sep 2017

One is the champion. 8 Oct 2017 : Bought a tomato cage from Daiso. 75cm rods Can this plant bear fruit?
