Collected a few days' of juicing pulp in the freezer and finally, baked it for breakfast munchies. I based it on a 'garden harvest cake' recipe (link below) but made it savoury with cheese, a bit of salt, provencal herbs, greek yoghurt instead of buttermilk and no sugar. Also had no walnuts to add in yesterday. It was very moist. The pulp used were mainly carrot, celery and apples. I think it will toast up better tomorrow.
